1.CANCELLATION POLICIES

In case of trip cancellation by customers who book directly with us, we have below cancellation policy accordingly:

  • < 7 days before departure date: free of charge 
  • within 7 – 4 days: 50% of the total cabin price 
  • < 3 days to 24 hours: 100% of total cabin price
  • No Show: 100% total price (cabin + transfer service if any)

Note: If you book our cruise through third parties, please comply with the cancellation policies in their distinctive regulations

By weather or by M’Gloria Cruise

In Northern Vietnam, our landscape is awe-inspiringly beautiful under bright sunny skies. It can also be rainy, windy, foggy, or in some instances, a combination of all of the above.

M’Gloria Cruise understands that nobody loves to explore Halong Bay more than we do, but in fact, there are certain instances in which our cruise may not be allowed to depart for safety reasons. Adverse weather conditions such as high winds, limited visibility, heavy rain, storms…Sometimes, there are other unexpected circumstances including machine maintenance, fixing room up, technical issues, facilities upgrading …that may cause us to stop cruising. The safety and comfort of our guests are our number one priority. In that time, we always are responsible to do whatever is within our power to assist customers, thus we will offer you alternative transportation in order to help you get to your destination safely:

Keep you informed at least 01 day before the departure time if the trip is canceled. If the weather happens badly at last minute and our cruise gets urgent information from Halong Bay Management Board, we will arrange land transportation to Hanoi Old Quarter (free of charge), or help you to book a private car/taxi to your address (Guests are responsible for the paying the cost of this service)

After that, M’Gloria Cruise will offer guests 2 options to choose : 

  • Change the start date without an extra fee (within 3 months). No refund will be made
  • Full refund to customer who don’t enjoy the whole trip
  • Partial refund to customer who spent any service in the trip (the refundable amount is the amount of the canceled service)

Please note that refunds of payments made through booking agents must be sought from the booking agent

2.REQUIRED CUSTOMER INFORMATION

It is a government regulation that all passengers must provide information on their passports before boarding the boat. Passengers who don’t may be denied permission to board. Upon making a reservation, please send us the photos or scans of your and your partner’s passports

Also, to serve you better, please more detailed information such as:

  • Pick-up/Drop off address) (if any)
  • Guest contact mobile phone for emergency
  • Special request on food (if any)

3.OTHER REGULATIONS

Customers are required not to store illegal drugs or explosive materials on cruise.

To ensure that your experience is an interesting one, we commit to strict safety standards and we may refuse boarding to any person we deem is in breach of our safety policy.

4.PAYMENT

We have three method of payments included:

  • Via online payment link: 3 % Onepay service fee
  • By Credit Card Machine: 3 % bank fee
  • In cash (VND or USD, EURO)

Major Credit Cards are accepted in our company: VISA (Debit, Credit, Prepaid), Master Card, American Express. If you have any problem with the payment process, please inform the Cruise Manager on the cruise or contact us by email, phone, or text.
